Green Leaf KT-2 is a heavy duty cleaner for removal of heavy carbonaceous and baked-on deposits from equipment like ovens, grills, fryers, hot-plates, etc.

Usage: Use neat. Spray onto surface or equipment (preferably 60°C). Leave for 10-30 minutes depending on soiling. Remove loose deposits with scourer or brush. Wipe clean with a wet cloth. pH as such: 11.5-12.5.
Fryer Cleaning: Drain oil and close drain valve. Fill with water to almost oil-fill level. Add 100ml of Green Leaf KT-2 for every liter of oil capacity (10% v/v). Turn on fryer and bring to a controlled boil for 20 minutes. After cleaning and draining, scrub remaining residue from side walls and heating elements with a scrubber brush. Rinse with clean, hot water and dry thoroughly.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Safe Handling: Green Leaf KT-2 is highly alkaline. Use with care – protective hand gloves should be worn. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Do not use on aluminum or painted surfaces.
